  Antibottle Archeological Antibottle

The Antibottle came about as a personal statement against the traditional and functional perfume bottle. Working for three years producing nothing but perfume bottles for myself and other studios, it became necessary to make an anti-bottle.

To achieve the design, clear glass is gathered out of the furnace on a steel rod, and while still molten rolled into colored glass powders and frit. Colored stringers are then applied and melted in. This is then encased in clear glass and worked by hand into the shape of the Antibottle.

The Antibottle is solid glass which means it is not blown but formed or sculpted. Each piece is unique and signed by the artist.
